Today mom was saddened by the thought that she probably shouldn't be driving her car. And she's right, even at her best she's a bit slow to react and doesn't have the strength to turn the wheel.
So today we ran errands. We went to the drugstore for Hallmark cards (have to be Hallmark). We went to the grocery store (third time in three days) for a list of items, mom stayed in the car and soaked up the sun. Back home to write in the cards and collect addresses. Back in the car to get them in the mail before 5:30 pick up in the downtown postal pick up.
After supper, back in the car to Missy's house. We watched from the house as Missy and her friend Jill raked up the garden. Spring arrives early this year.
Tomorrow we go to the bank, the accountant and back to the grocery store as we've started a new list.
Today's blessings: Jill, Jeannie and Jen - friends of Missy who love and care for her like I would if I lived in Fergus Falls.
